Yes they'll use the unique gift code to book a specific session date through our Rezdy booking page. They can choose any available date within the validity period. No date is locked in at the time of gift purchase.

Yes, you can either buy a specific Double Adventure gift card, or use a dollar-value card towards the charter price. The Double Adventure runs June to November only (whale migration season), so the recipient will need to plan their booking within that window.

Yes. Dollar-value gift cards can be applied to any part of the booking — the snorkel session, snorkel gear hire ($20 per person), or GoPro hire ($50). If the total exceeds the gift card value, the recipient pays the difference at checkout.

If a trip is cancelled due to weather or sea conditions, the booking is rescheduled at no cost. The gift card remains valid and can be used to rebook any future available date.

Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase, but they're transferable , if the original recipient can't use it, someone else can. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
